One of my favorite things to do when I feel overwhelmed or have consumed too much social media is to take a Break and run straight to God!
He will either give me a bible chapter to read and then tell me I need to watch where I am putting my time!
Social media has so much on it and the amount we consume can cloud our judgement when it comes differentiating our voice, other things people have projected onto us and God’s voice!
I really love taking time to pop on some gospel, write a prayer, journal my thoughts, and read my bible!
Breaks are super necessary if you desire balance, rest, and truly being at peace knowing God is in control of not just a little bit but all things🤍
